It used to be impossible...
I remember when a day at the spa was impossible.
I would save up for months.
Put so much pressure on it.
Feeling like I should be more relaxed.
Not knowing when I’d be able to do it again.
Not being able to say yes.
Skipping the spa lunch...because it was too expensive.
Skipping the longer massage...because I didn’t need it.
Skipping the soak...because who even spends $25 on a 15 minute bath.
I remember how it felt.
I remember wanting to say yes.
To all if it.
Yes to the lunch. Yes to the soak. Yes to the time.
Yes to myself.
I remember.
Fast forward to today.
I’m sitting in the most amazing spa overlooking the water.

I said yes to the lunch. In fact I ordered it from the car so it would be waiting for me when I arrived....

I get to say yes. To everything.
